My WebEvent Audio Broadcasting For Small Business
My WebEvent provides audio broadcasting for small business, along with video broadcasting, which allows participants to listen to and view a web conference over their computers. Audio Broadcasting eliminates the need for dialing into a conference call line, which means no connection or dialing issues. It also means no long distance charges!
In a nutshell, audio broadcasting is seamlessly integrated with webinar, screen share and video broadcasting. Using either a built-in or external microphone attached to the computer the presenter can broadcast their voice to all participants of the web conference using VoIP. The participants simply listen and view the web conference on their computers from the comfort of their homes or offices. The audio, video, webinar and screen share are recorded in synchronization.
My WebEvent makes it seamless to host a web conference with multiple speakers. Easily transfer control of the event to another speaker by clicking the Transfer Host Control button next to the name of the guest. When you transfer control to another speaker, they immediately have the ability to use all of the features including webinar, screen share, video broadcasting, audio broadcasting and chat.
If you have participants that cannot listen and view your web conference over the computer, and you would like to provide both the audio broadcast, as well as a conferencing number we have a solution for you. Simply include a conferencing number (which can be obtained from any free conferencing company) along with your My WebEvent invite link in a personal email. Participants that do not have access to a computer, can take advantage of the conferencing line by dialing in on their phone. As long as you do not mute the microphone on the video broadcaster, the audio broadcasting will record in synchronization with the web conference.
Sharing a recorded web conference that includes webinar, screen share, audio broadcasting and video broadcasting is as simple as sharing a link. No huge files to send! Simply share the link that is provided at the conclusion of your webinar. To view the recorded web conference, participants simply click on the link you share with them.
