Interview Mode with My WebEvent

My WebEvent Interview Mode allows hosts a simple way to present with multiple speakers.  The host transfers control to the guest speaker, who then must accept control.  The host and guest speaker simply switch control back and forth as they present by clicking the “Switch” button.  The host has the option to take back control anytime by clicking the “Take Back” button.  

We recommend the host and guest speaker do a test run prior to the web event.

We also recommend that the host and guest speaker do steps 1-3 just prior to participants joining the web event, to make the presentation seamless.

How To Use Interview Mode

1. The Host Starts the WebEvent

2.  Allow the Video Broadcaster

3.   Transfer Host Control –

On the "Guests" panel you can see all of the guests on the WebEvent.

Click on the "Options" field next to the guest.  Click "Transfer"

The guest will be asked if they would like to accept control.

4.  The host and guest speakers can now seamlessly switch back and forth between speakers by clicking the “Switch” button.  If the host wishes to Take Back Control at anytime, simply click “Take Back”.

      

5.  When the web event is complete simply click End Web Event.

6.  If you wish to record the web event click the record button.
