Webinar: Simply upload a ppt or pdf or document and share with your participants. Guests do not install software to join, see, hear or participate in your WebEvents. Keep in mind, with My WebEvent your video broadcast is recorded along with your presentation. Playbacks include both the video and webinar in synchronization!
Video and Audio Broadcasting: No more long-distance charges and connection issues, participants simply click a link and listen and view the WebEvent on their computer. My WebEvent uses high quality microphone and webcam sharing so you can share your both your voice and video. My WebEvent offers choices in how you present. If you prefer to do a webinar presentation only, simply disable the video broadcast.
Interactive Public Chat: Our interactive chat feature allows presenters and participants to communicate with each other. This feature encourages participation, and allows the host to interact with participants.
Screen Share: Allows participants to view your computer screen from the comfort of their home or desk. Once you start your WebEvent, simply click "Start Screen Share." There are no software or plug-in downloads. Participants will see what is showing on your desktop as you navigate websites.
Secure/Password Protected: Hosts can secure their live and recorded WebEvents by protecting them with a password. This makes it possible to control who is accessing your live and recorded WebEvents.

Ask Participants to Register For Your WebEvents: As the host you can schedule a WebEvent and ask participants to register. This allows the host to know you is planning to attend the event. Easily download the registration report to an excel spreadsheet.
Manage Recordings: All of your WebEvent Recordings are archived in one place on your 'My Account' Page, making it easy to store and manage your recorded WebEvents! You can add recorded WebEvents to the playlist on your customized 'My Room' Page. You can determine the requirements for participants to access the recorded WebEvents on your playlist, such as setting a password or charging a fee to view the WebEvent.
