To record a webinar with My WebEvent’s webinar solution, simply click the Record button, once you have begun your presentation. Your webinar slides and audio will be recorded in synchronization. Once your webinar ends, you will immediately be provided a link to preview and share your recorded webinar. Another way that participants can view your recorded webinars is by viewing your playlist page called “My Room”. Recorded webinars can be added to the playlist page for easy access. Keep in mind, you can password protect your webinars to provide additional security.
Sharing a recorded webinar with our webinar solution is as simple as sharing a link. No huge files to send! Simply share the link that is provided at the conclusion of your webinar. To view the recorded webinar, participants just need to click on the link you share with them. My WebEvent provides detailed reports of who views your recorded webinars. The reports are found on your accounts page.
